Position:International Sales Engineer

Duties and Activities

1.Prospects for new accounts and maps out the assigned account base in order to pull in or create new requirements and to make proactive offers;Develop new and unique customers and accounts;

2.Creates demand or sales opportunities by utilizing proprietary software, Researching diligently for customer leads using the internet and other researching tools including heavy cold calling and prospecting of customers to advertise the value added services that ESCO has to offer;

3.Maintains and enhances customer relationships, keeping up with market trends to negotiate with customer to make sales orders and overcome objections while maintaining appropriate business margins;

4.Learns, understands and adheres to ESCO credit requirements. Consistently maintains and accurately updates the information database. Work with all team members in the organization to maximize sell-side trading opportunities.

Experience and Required skills

1.Bachelor degree majoring in International Trade or Electronic Engineering, must have electronics background and fluent English; multi-lingual capability a special plus;

2.An Self-motivator with aggressive business attitude to make deals and commitment to customer satisfaction;excellent communication skills; Thorough knowledge of sales skills, strategies and the marketplace ; strong perseverance in career development to be a trading professional;

3.Minimum of 3 years of recent sales experience in the semiconductor/electronic component industry; including IC, peripherals, memory and CPU; Ability to define, develop, nurture and maintain new accounts
